How Dutchub Works.

Plug-and-play entry to Europe. You stay in control.

Work with us

1. Partner & prepare

  • We sign a NDA so both sides can share info safely.
  • With your OK we can pull from existing listings, but we recommend you send your assets (specs, images, manuals) so everything is on-brand.
  • We tune images if needed (cleanup, crops, on-image translations) and write localized, search-friendly product pages.
  • You set the sale price. We use your price across channels.
  • Compliance: brand must meet EU rules (e.g., CE). We can help arrange it; costs are for the brand.
  • Our edge (quietly): we map your catalog once and can adapt it to each channel’s rules so listings pass checks smoothly—within platform policies and EU law.

2. Deliver & deploy

  • Inbound is handled in the dashboard: create the shipment notice, pick a slot, upload packing list and labels.
  • On arrival we scan and check labels/packaging; any issues are flagged back.
  • When stock is ready, we publish with one action to the marketplaces you choose. We maintain the connectors—no developer work needed on your side.
  • If there is a custom or B2B order outside the system, tell us in writing; we’ll enter the order, reserve and deduct from dashboard stock, ship, and confirm by report.
  • We handle admin (channel setup, VAT listing fields, returns address) and note it in your periodic report.

3. Operate & scale

  • We pick, pack, ship and handle customer service.
  • Pricing: you decide the sale price; we apply the price as agreed everywhere.
  • We keep listings accurate and up to date and fix issues when they appear.
  • We plan for peaks so storage and capacity stay efficient.
  • Ready to grow? We can add more marketplaces or custom/B2B routes from the same catalog—plug-and-play with your approval.

How admin & payouts work.

Plug-and-play entry to Europe. You stay in control.

1. Commercial terms & (if needed) LC

  • Service terms – we mutually agree on all operational and financial terms, including the fee model, payout schedule, return dates, and payment responsibilities (who pays whom).
  • Optional Letter of Credit (LC) – only required if mandated by your finance policy. We coordinate directly with your bank to align on the terms and proceed once the arrangement is confirmed.

2. Payout setup (monthly)

  • Payout frame: monthly.
  • Timing: funds are credited within max 2 working weeks after the monthly close.
  • Method: SEPA/iBAN transfer to your nominated account.
  • KYC—what it is: Know Your Customer checks some marketplaces/banks may require (basic company ID docs). We only ask if a platform requests it, and only once.

3. Pricing & channels

  • You set the sale price. We publish your price to the channels you select.
  • We sell on your behalf using our connectors (no "own account" operation).

4. VAT & compliance

  • VAT: we handle VAT collection and payment for sales we execute on your behalf; you don't need to manage VAT filings for these orders.
  • Compliance: you provide required EU compliance documents (e.g., CE). We can help arrange; costs are for the brand.

5. Inbound

  • You submit a PO and shipping through assigned communication channel: that's enough to book inbound.
  • On arrival we scan and check labels/ packing; discrepancies are flagged back.

6. Go-live & orders

  • On your approval, we publish to the marketplaces you've chosen; we maintain the connectors.
  • For custom/B2B orders outside a marketplace checkout: you request it, we enter the order, reserve & deduct from dashboard stock, ship, and confirm by report.

7. Periodic settlement cycle (monthly report)

  • We issue a comprehensive monthly settlement report to your designated communication channel, which includes the following details:
  • Orders and revenue per channel – a full overview of all sales activity across marketplaces, including any custom or B2B orders processed on your behalf.
  • Shipping and carrier costs, summarizing all labels and related shipping expenses.
  • Shipping labels/carrier costs purchased for you.
  • Our service fee (as agreed).
  • Adjustments (e.g., refunds) and the net amount.
  • Any extra costs are deducted from the next payout and shown in the report.

8. Payout

  • We transfer the monthly net amount by SEPA/iBAN.
  • Funds arrive within max 2 working weeks after month-end; the transfer reference matches the settlement report.

9. Returns, defects & disputes (ongoing)

  • We process returns under EU law.
  • If something arrives defective or can't be sold as new, we notify you and agree the next step (e.g., repair, return to brand, or disposal per instruction).
