A: We use a structure of 15% commission on the selling price excluding VAT. After that, other costs will all start from the selling price excluding VAT (-21% VAT, marketplace commission, shipping). Ultimately, there is a payout which is then deducted from the invoice amount; you end up with the net amount. This is usually favorable than the usual distributors; we only earn on the commission. If any amount remains open outside the invoice amount, we will credit it to you. There are no minimums, no additional costs arise, unless the brand sends more stock than our data indicates; then storage costs will be added after the first month.
A: There is no minimum payout; we pay within the agreed payment terms. The transfer costs are only real, as stated on the PI, whether in EUR or USD; there are no exchange rate or processing rates; you always get your money as stated on the PI.
A: We cover the VAT costs for the brand, so the brand doesn't have to worry or deal with obligations that they would have to handle themselves. (See also: "We handle all VAT compliance, filing, and remit payments for sales; so execute on your behalf across all EU markets.")
A: We work with an LC or Sinosure, where you are always guaranteed by our bank that the invoice can always be paid by us; there is no write-off risk we work with. Costs, so the payout is made to the specified bank account number of brands. SEPA/IBAN is standard.
A: For returns, we charge no costs to the brand; we ensure the product is checked. If the product is good, we will put it back on sale. If the product is defective or unsaleable, we will first consult the brand on how to resolve it. For B2B orders, we use the same commission and method of cost deductions (21% VAT, dutchub commission, shipping); there is no marketplace commission, which is much more favorable. (See also: "We manage compliance returns under EU law.")
